A postgraduate in Business Management, Neelima has over a decade of cumulative experience in Administration, HRD (consultancy, counseling and public relations). This includes interaction both within and outside the organization with government and non-government bodies, business federations, faculties, agencies, management and placement consultants.

During the course of her career she has successfully placed Middle and Senior Level Managers / Executives in industries like :IT. ITES, FMCG, Financial Services, Telecom, Manufacturing, Chemical and Healthcare Services. She has also handled the recruitment of senior personnel for positions like VP, CEO, COO and CFO for MNCs.

She has worked on diverse assignments. As a Functional Consultant in Peoplesoft HRMS her responsibilities included: Monitoring the workplace, Payroll (Compensation and Benefits), Time and Labor. As a Healthcare Staffing and Recruitment Consultant she was responsible for: Recruitment of Administration and Healthcare staff, Telemarketers, Marketing Executives, Proposal Presentations and Counseling, HR Procedures and Policy Making, Record Maintenance.

In her experience as a Placement Consultant with a reputed IT and Call Center recruitment company Neelima's role included Interaction, co-ordination, and assessment of the specific requirements of the clients /organizations, sourcing, screening, evaluation, counseling, interviewing of the candidates, negotiation, follow-up and periodic review of both candidates / clients.
